All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds for prepaid services are subject to our refund policy, which can be requested in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information regarding the property and specific services required.
Ensure that access to the property is available at the scheduled service time.
Secure any pets and inform us of any potential hazards on the property.

Failure to comply may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent services, Gardeners Tufnell Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
